Vundrallu

Ingredients


Rice Rava- 2 cups
Water - 6 cups
Salt to taste
1 tsp of oil or ghee
Channadal (Senega Pappu) - 1/2 cup


Method
Add channa dal and salt  to water. Let it come to a boil.
Add the rava while stirring  to avoid lumps.
When all the rava is added- add ghee or oil and let it cook till done.
alternately- pressure cook after rava is added.
cool the cooked rava dal mixture and make balls.
steam them for 5 mins.

1. A Jeera while cooking
2. add chopped green chilles and ginger while cooking
