potlakaya perugu-pachchaDi: put oil in a vessel. Add chopped snake gourd into it and simmer till soft. Put lid. no need for water. mix into curd. mustard, jeera, red, green chilis, curry leaves, in oil fry. Add into the above mixture. Add salt and turmeric. potlakAya kUra: oil fry, (above + urad dal) add chopped snake gourd and heat with lid on. Add salt to taste.
