The good persons (kings), being approached first, will serve the one who requests (aks) for help first. shlokaH 10 tattvaradhvaM narendrANAM pUrvameva prachodane . mahaddhi kArya.n voDhavyamiti me vartate matiH .. 10..\\ padavibhaagaH tat tvaradhvaM narendrANAM pUrvam eva prachodane. mahat hi kArya.n voDhavyam iti me vartate matiH. anvayaH tat pUrvam eva narendrANAM prachodane tvaradhvaM. mahat hi kArya.n voDhavyam iti me matiH vartate. pratipadaarthaH tat=Therefore; tvaradhvaM=(you all) should hurry; narendrANAM=of the kings; pUrvam=early; eva=itself; prachodane=in requesting; mahat=great; hi=indeed; kArya.n=work; voDhavyam=must be borne; iti=thus; me=my; matiH=mind; vartate=is; anuvaadaH Therefore, you all should hurry, in requesting the kings early itself.
