In this section, I present a huge collection of tyagaraja kritis rendered by various musicians as part of various concerts/LPs/cassettes spanning over 50 years. This was painstakingly collected by a gentleman and came into my hands. The concert details such as date and in some cases, the artist names are not listed. If you know them please post them on the archive's discussion forum.
NEW! There is a section called Contributions from Visitors like you in my karnatak section where I started putting online concerts that visitors uploaded to my website. Enjoy them too!
A highlight is "Sruti-based tradition of singing Tyagaraja kritis", contributed by Sri B.Raman. Many of the popular ragas like nATa and kritis like j~nAnamosagarAdA sound very different. Here is Raman's posting in our discussion forum giving more info on this style of singing.
